General Information
  • All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
  • Official Check In Time is from 1400 hours (2:00 pm)
  • Official Check Out Time is by 1200 noon (12:00 pm)
  • Surcharge of RM10.00 are applicable on Friday, Saturday and during eves of Public Holidays.
  • Rates quoted are nett, inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
  • Rates quoted are for each room type only, with a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children per room types
  • Reservations of rooms are held until 5:00pm on the day of arrival unless guarantee with credit card or cash
  • Extension of late check out is subject to room availability. Late check out fees are applicable after 2.00 pm
  • Extension from 2.00 pm to 6 pm is subjected to a surcharge of 50% on room rate. Full rate will apply after 6.00 pm
  • Children below the age of 12 years sharing the same bed with parent are free of charge
  • There will be NO REFUNDS for NO SHOW and early check-out
  • Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability
  • Reservations are only held as guaranteed with a valid and authorized Credit Card for the total nights reserved or cash bank-into our Hotel A/C. Guest credit card will be use for guaranteed purposes only & will NOT be charged. Payment will be done upon arrival
  • Credit cards accepted as guarantee and payment are MasterCard, VISA, JCB and American Express
  • Your credit card will be authorized at the time of Check In to allow you to charge any incidentals to your room account. Should a credit card not be provided a cash deposit (MYR) will be required
  • Please be aware, that the guarantee credit card used at the time of reservation will be charged in the event of loss/breakage from the hotel or for delay charged incidentals
  • Long-Term rates with minimum stay of 30 days and above are available upon request
  • The management reserved the right to change the room tariff without prior notice
  • All Malaysian citizens are required to produce their identity cards (IC) or valid passports upon check in. All foreigners (non-Malaysian citizens) must produce their valid international passports upon check in
Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation of any room reservation must be made within 72-hours, three days prior to arrival date otherwise the hotel reserves the right to impose a first night (NO SHOW) charge to the method of guarantee/payment which is not refundable or transferable.
